I stopped in at the Bridge street store in Chillicothe last night. Wow I must say it was one of the worst; we were greeted right away but the hostess obviously couldn’t count. There were 4 of us and after been being told so only brought 3 menus. After waiting ten minutes the server in the station we were in brought us 3 silver ware and says Casey will be right with you. No apologies, no greeting, didn’t take a drink order- nothing but the wrong amount of silverware. Our booth was by the bathrooms and the smell of urine was overwhelming. After waiting about 8 more minutes we decided we really just no longer wanted to be there let alone try to eat something from there. So I took my family to the western ave location also in Chillicothe. It was a drive to the other side of town but well worth it. This is the must visit location for sure. Our server Andrew was welcoming, polite, and prompt on everything. The store was very clean unlike the bridge st store. Thank goodness for the 2nd bob evans on western ave, no one in their right mind would revisit bridge st; especially with the amazing staff and cleanliness of the Western ave store. I will go back to see them;) But will never try bridge st again.
