When you gain access to SUBWAY Partners, you are free to search and learn all you want to know about SUBWAY. Take online training courses, get inspired by management tips, customer service tips and interview guide, or use tools and other resources to help you get started or better armed for future position.

You are just a step away to SUBWAY Partners fantastic features. Enter your user name and password to log in. If you forgot your user name or password, click the appropriate link and enter the required information. You’ll receive an email in the email address that you have on record with Headquarters. You should contact your Coordinator or franchise owner if you don’t have a valid email address.

Once logging in, go to the University of SUBWAY and take the mandatory courses. They are The Subway Way, Creating a Professional Atmosphere, Frontline Food Safety, How the Frontline Operates, How to Build, and Food Preparation. There’s a passing grade for those courses. Other new courses are also entailed in this site.

SUBWAY Partners has “Knowledge Center” for the person in charge and sandwich artist, “Manager Admin Tool” to add new employees to a store and to the University of SUBWAY for online courses, as well as “Advances Reporting Module” to easily monitor learning progress and site usage.
