Activate & Check Balance of Your AT&T Reward Card
After purchasing products or subscribing to services from AT&T, you probably get rewards with different values in the form of AT&T Reward Cards afterwards, which can be used anywhere Visa is accepted. To smoothly spend the money in the card, you have two things to do beforehand – redeem your rewards (i.e. the Reward Card) and activate your card online. Of course, you can easily see your reward status, check the balance, view reward eligibility and more online.
How to Redeem Your AT&T Reward Card Online
Within 4 weeks of your equipment installation or service connection at your home, you will receive a reward notification via your mail with the redemption guidance enclosed to redeem your reward card. One prerequisite is that you need to keep your service active for 30 days or other time period.
- Click on rewardcenter.att.com/myattrewardcard and hit “Reward Center Home” in the top navigation bar to get started.
- Input the Redemption ID or Confirmation Number found in the reward notification letter or provide your account number & zip code. Press “go” to continue.
- Finish the whole process with a few inputs. In the center, you can also monitor the reward status, view reward eligibility and so forth.
- The reward card will arrive within 4 weeks or sooner after redemption.
Please note that this entry is not valid for business customers. To redeem your Business Rewards, type the High Speed Internet Telephone Number or U-verse Billing Account Number to get started. You must allow 3-4 weeks for rewards to display on your Reward Center. If the reward is for a qualifying purchase of High Speed Internet Direct enter your High Speed Internet Direct Account Number.
How to Activate Your AT&T Reward Card & Check Card Balance
With an AT&T Reward Card handy, it is time for you to activate it for use.
- Pay a visit to rewardcenter.att.com/myattrewardcard and type the first four digits of your reward card number to start your card activation.
- Hit the button marked “Continue”.
- Input the entire card number and your 4-digit PIN which is the last 4 digits of your account number.
- Follow the prompts to make it.
In the same way, you can check the card balance. If it doesn’t work with the steps above, call the AT&T customer service number on the back of your card to ask for help.

I have never received 100.00 dollar Visa reward card that was to be sent to me on account#246258490. It has been two months since phone call was made and AT$T customer service rep. reported it was in the mail. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

When I was making the transaction, the Manager Mohammed Rahman, stopped by and increased the Reward card from $200 to $300. An extra $100.
I received the Reward card notice in the mail and registered it online. It was for $200, not $300.
Can you help me with that to send me the $100 that was promised.

I’ve searched and cannot determine how to claim the money.
All the procedures tell me how to get the card.
Once I see a place to claim, it wants a account number. They do not verify my AT&T

I tried to activate my rewards card by putting in the first 4 numbers on the card and I could not continue. I have had this card for some time and forgot to activate it. I was going to be used towards a new iPhone for my granddaughter when my son renewed his account. Please help me with this.
Also, I was expecting another letter with a new confirmation number, around the 5th of December, but did not receive one. Could it be because I did not activate the first rewards card? I was really counting on the offer of $200 when I signed up for services; I can only hope that you will understand my negligence in activating this card in a timely matter. I am looking for the rewards card balance. When I followed the above directions the screen froze. What now? How can I determine my rewards card balance. The holidays are coming fast and I want to use this $$$. Help??
if you have a copy of a previous bill, if not contact at&t customer support center, they can provide this number for you.
the four digit number that they are referring to is the account number, located at the top of your phone bill, underneath the cycle date.
