Set up Your Fitbit Device Instructions
When you sign in with your account, you can see your data online. You can add a body fat goal, set a daily calories goal,  make a food plan, invite your friends and check calories in vs out. It is really good to record data about your health.

Just tell Fitbit what and how much you eat at what time, Fitbit will generate a report so you can see calorie intake over the past 30 days, and how much you should eat every day. You can also set a goal to gain or lose weight, and see the progress you have achieved. When you check logs of food, activities and weight, you will have a clear idea on what to do next to keep fit.

You can only use one account with a tracker. So if you have multiple trackers, you will have to create a Fitbit account with a different email address for each account. However an Aria scale and tracker can be paired to the same account. When you want to stop using an older tracker, just pair the new tracker to your existing account without worrying about losing historical data.

You can download Fitbit free sofrware to sync your data:

  1. Visit
  2. Choose your computer system from Mac and PC
  3. Click on “Download Here” button to save the software in your computer
  4. Once you’ve set up, you can sync your data
