Join Regal Crown Club & Earn Rewards Instructions
Regal Crown Club membership is open to individuals 13 years of age and older who reside in the United States; along with Guam, Saipan, American Samoa and the District of Columbia. Members can get a free Regal Crown Club membership card which is available at any Regal Entertainment Group theater location. You have the option to pick up a card first and activate it online or register online first then pick up a card at the theater to activate.
It’s free to register or activate your card online.
- Go to www.regmovies.com/crown-club. If you are already a member, log in with your email address and password to view rewards, manage account settings and keep track of points.
- If you are not a member yet, fill out the form and leave the card number field blank if you don’t have a card yet.
- Opt in for email notifications about special offers. Answer a few questions about yourself, your favorite theaters, etc.
- Click “Send Verification Email”. Check your email to confirm your account by clicking open the link given in the email.
- Pick up a card at a Regal Entertainment Group theater and log in to your Regal Crown Club to enter your card number and track your credits and rewards.
Now every dollar you spend on concession items and ticket purchase at the box office or ticketing kiosks can earn you a credit. Present your Regal Crown Club Card to the cashier when you make purchases. Max 20 credits per card per day. The amazing part is that credits you have earned will not expire, so when you accumulate 10,000 or more credits, you may qualify for elite status which enables you to receive a special Regal Crown Club Card plus a special Elite Status rewards package with certain prizes, gifts, and/or promotional items.
Use your credits to redeem reward vouchers. Reward vouchers only print at a participating theater’s box office. Visit Reference Link 4 to see what your credits can get you.

I was told to go online and update my account. I’ve tried several times and it doesn’t get me anywhere. I have an original Regal Crown Card and the last time I went to the movies, I was told to update my account.
I tried setting up an account etc. and nothing happens. I believe I have outstanding points

First time at this theater enjoyed movie very much.
The card # listed on my profile is not the same as the card I have. Box office keeps telling me I have a LOT of points and that I should register so I can receive them. Not sure what to do as I have been accumulating points on the card I am currently using also. Can you help me straighten this out?

Lycoming mall theaters website should be shut down or tell people to go regal entertainment. I was late for movies because the website times DO NOT match up.

I bought the $50 gift card but am not able to enter the code without the form.
I just purchased $50 in gift cards, and I thought they were going to just give me a $10 gift card. How hard was that? They said it had to go through my e-mail account, but they did not have my e-mail account on file. You have to be kidding me!
