Access AT&T Reward Center to Redeem Rewards & Check Status
Want to redeem your AT&T Rewards online or just check the rewards status and eligibility? As an AT&T customer, you can do all those things in the AT&T reward center. More than that, you have a chance to know rewards process, how you can earn great savings and more. All you need to do is access your account at first.
AT&T Rewards Center Access Instruction
Visit www.att.com/rewardcenter, enter the Redemption ID or Confirmation Number, or account number and zip code to access your account. Mind you, to redeem rewards for different products here, you need to log in the associated account separately and accordingly.
- For AT&T U-verse Rewards, enter your U-verse account number;
- For AT&T High Speed Internet Direct Rewards, enter your AT&T High Speed Internet Direct account number;
- For AT&T DIRECTV Rewards, enter your AT&T DIRECTV account number;
- For AT&T Wireless Rewards, enter your AT&T Wireless telephone number;
- For all other Rewards, enter your AT&T home billing telephone number.
After accessing your account online, you will see a list of rewards available for you. You can redeem them online, print paper rebate forms when applicable or check the status of any rewards you have redeemed.
How to Redeem Your AT&T Rewards for Use
There are 5 steps you need to take to redeem your rewards for use:
- Activate your service and maintain it active for 30 days.
- Receive a redemption letter in your mail.
- Log in to att.com/rewardcenter and complete the easy online redemption steps.
- Receive rewards via your mail within 4-6 weeks from completed reward redemption
- Activate your reward card online for use with the card number and PIN.

When I enter my account number to try and claim my reward on line my account number does not work and I never received a claim number for the visa. I have been calling and calli g them and getting the run around from department to department and now they are trying to tell me since it has been over 120 days I am not entitled to my 100 visa card at all. I am not going to let the scam me out of this I am going to get what I am entitled to if I ahve to call them every day.
I talked to an agent, Sheneed, earlier today and she gave me information on how to request the Visa cards for 100 each that I was supposed to receive when I signed up for Direct TV and renewed my contract with ATT for another 2 years. I was told by a representative on 9/11/16 that I would receive the 2 $100 cards without having to request them. When I went to the internet site the gave me it said more information was needed.

From reading comments here, I conclude that you people are a bunch of liars who don’t honor a promise or program. I/m switching to DISH or the other one.

We have had AT&T internet & Direct TV for two (2) months….when we signed up, we were promised two (2), 100.00 gift cards for a total of $200.00. As of 21 June 2017, we have not received any claim number(s) to register for these rewards. Can you please explore the reasons for this lack of your promise completion?
After having read the many comments from other customers, please take note that ATT has scammed people Nationwide. We should all report these issues to our respective State Public Service Commission what is going on with ATT’s malpractice of ripping people off. In the State of Florida, when a public utility wants to have a rate increase, they have to go to the commission to request a rate increase. If the Commission is aware in each state what they are doing to customers, they might even get fined for fraud. ATT makes millions from us and we should put a stop to their thievery (sic) practice.

I have not received my Visa card for $100.00 for signing up for a bundle package (DirecTV,Net and phone) since the first of April. After the service rep. took information to verify that I qualified, I was not given a confirmation number, just an appointment when installation will be made for service, which was on April 10 (TV) and Net/Phone on the 11th of April. I am on my seconding billing.
I am very confused with the many departments of ATT. I was not given a Wireless # When asked to supply data on a login, I only have a # the tech gave me, which happens to be exactly like the sample shown. The chat line guy didn’t know what I tried to tell him to help me access my account. I gave up. Your request I give the w/l # so that you can have it on file. Don’t have a number to give.
Another issue with ATT- why aren’t customers given an invoice/work order after an installation is done. Previous years, I was given an invoice and signed by the technician/installer after the work is complete with instructions.
I felt like there was no business connection with ATT as I have no documentation your employees were even here on my premises. Actually, I would appreciate some clarification on these issues.

Can I deposit my rewards card for cash and put it in my checking account or are you going to penalize me if I try to do that by giving me a fee for doing that?
After joining direct and combing with att I was promised a 200. Visa. No redemption notification after numerous calls. In limbo since Nov.
