    I just had my new dishwasher delivered this morning around 8:30am on Feb.21, 2018. Two delivery men brought it into the kitchen and told me that it could not be installed until the old one is removed. No one informed me of this prior to the sale. Also, sales person scheduled a time for delivery that was to be in the afternoon; not close. I was called the day of the delivery around 7:30am by Lowes to get ready for delivery. That was when I was first informed that the old one had to be removed first. After further conversation, he told me Lowes would remove the old one. The last thing the two delivery men told me was they will not and cannot install it; that I would have to wait for a Lowes installer to call me. They said the installer would remove the old dishwasher for recycling and install the new one. I am getting differing stories from the wake up caller, the sales person, and the delivery men. I have been here at home waiting all day and it’s almost 6pm and still no call. I tried to contact the appliance dept., but the operator just took down my name and number and told me to wait. What ever happened to “the customer comes first”? Does this just happen at this Lowes or is the entire franchise run like this. I am very tempted to let you come back and pick up the new dishwasher, but who do I call to even do this? Invoice #71745 & 6

    I have never had such a hard time with Home Depot but this web site is terrible. I am still waiting for my military approval for two months, now I cannot track a purchase I made on 10/20. Y9u have my sons address and phone number and my wife listed on the account but not me. they tried to change everything in the store but failed and gave up and told me to sign up again. After I receive this order I think I will go back to Home Depot. Very very disappointed in Lowes.
