    Today, September 10:00 am I was trying to call my sister and got “wrong Number” I tried again and the phone acted strange and went blank. I tried a number of things and it was blank. I stopped at the Sprint dealer and after examining the phone I was told to contact you

    Phone quit working while on vacation, it charges up but wont come on. This is a replace sumsung gal. 6 we have had it less than 2 months.

    I wasted my time trying to fill out the information about my claim. Why do you guys require an extension number? I don’t have one. Insurance is already expensive. Not worth paying for it. As as if you guys don’t really want to help replace the phone and we are just giving away mone for nothing. I think I’m going to cancel this insurance. Not worth it.
