• Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM March 3, 2013 and ends at 1:59:59 PM March 1, 2014 and consists of twelve “Entry Periods”
• You don’t need to purchase anything in order to enter or win
• To be eligible, you must be a legal resident of the United States and of 18 years old or older
• There is no limit to the number of times you enter by mail but you need to make sure that each entry have a different survey code and each mail-in entry are mailed on a separate post card

• Enter by mail. Hand print your name, complete address, age and phone number on a postcard and mail it to: Rite Aid “Voice of the Customer” Sweepstakes, PMI Station, PO Box 3595, Southbury, CT 06488-3595
