- No purchase necessary.
- With multiple receipts, choose the most recent one to take the survey.
- Open to legal Canadian residents aged 18 or older without Loblaw staff and their immediate household members included.
- One entry per person per month.
- Participants must be a PC Plus member to earn the points.
- Winners are notified by phone or email within 4 business days after submitting the survey.
- Then, winners are required to complete and return some documents within 5 days after receiving them.
- Cash prizes will be mailed to winners within 4 to 6 weeks after receiving the documents and the points awarded as a credit to their PC Plus online accounts.

- Online. Visit www.storeopinion.ca to take the survey and enter the monthly drawing.
- By Phone. Use Interactive Voice Response to finish the survey by calling 1-877-234-2322.
- Mail-in. Write down your full name, email address, mailing address, phone number and the words “Loblaws Inc. Customer Satisfaction Survey” on a plain 3″x 5″ piece of paper and mail it to Loblaw Companies Limited Customer Satisfaction Survey, Ipsos Reid, 160 Bloor Street East, Suite 300, Toronto, ON M4W 1B9.
Loblaw Customer Satisfaction Survey Step by Step Guide
- Pay a visit to www.storeopinion.ca and choose your preferred language from English, French, Chinese & Arabic to take the survey.
- Read the announcement carefully. When each step is completed, click the button marked “NEXT” to continue.
- Check “Yes” when you are asked if you are an adult. Otherwise, you will be stopped to take the survey or enter the monthly drawing.
- Choose “Yes” or “No” when you are asked whether you have a receipt with a survey invitation handy. No matter which option you pick, you can reach an entry to the draw.
- If choosing “Yes”, enter the 19, 20 or 21 digit code located on your receipt. Having not found it, you can tick the corresponding box, provide the date & time of your visit and the store number on your receipt at the new page to proceed. If choosing “No”, directly answer the questions shown.
- Follow the instructions to rate the overall satisfaction with your shopping experience and finish other survey questions.
- During the process, select “Yes” while you are asked to enter the sweepstakes. Or, you don’t have a chance to compete for the prize. Agree to the Official Contest Rules.
- Leave your full name, phone number and email address for prize notification.
- Write down an email address to receive the PC Plus points. One thing to note is that it needs to be identical to the address for PC Plus membership registration. Having not been a PC Plus member yet, click on www.pcplus.ca to get enrolled. You can choose to be contacted by Loblaw in the future.
