My3 Account Management

My3 Account Login Instructions
If you do not have an account, you need to register one before you could log in your My3 account. To register for your My3 acount is quite  easy:

  1. Enter your mobile/device number.
  2. Type in the last 6 digits of your SIM.
  3. Enter the code word given in the appointed box.
  4. Click “Submit”.
  5. Then you will receive a password through text from My3.
  6. With the password and your mobile/device number you can sign in your account right away.

If you have an iPad with a Three data plan, you can also find out how to access My3 online. By registering online you’ll be able to use more of the features of your My3 account. You can view a detailed bill, check if you’re eligible for an upgrade and more. The benefits include:

If you forgot you password, it’s really easy to log back in to your My3 account; just enter your mobile/device number and last digits of your SIM and you’ll receive a text with a new password straight away. Once you get the text you’ll be able to log in immediately.
